On 5 November 2025, THALES hosted a new edition of the THALES Webinar Café, dedicated to the theme “AI-Empowered Edge Cloud Continuum for Self-Aware Cognitive Computing Environments.”
Held within the framework of the COGNIFOG Horizon Europe project, the two-hour online session brought together partners, researchers, and industry stakeholders to explore the latest developments in intelligent, distributed computing architectures.

Overview
The webinar provided a comprehensive deep dive into the technical progress achieved within the COGNIFOG project. Through a series of expert presentations and discussions, participants examined how AI-driven mechanisms enhance the interoperability, adaptability, and resilience of next-generation edge–cloud systems.
